Based on real fight scenarios and principles used by the most elite mixed martial arts fighters and professional combat athletes, the system features a progressive curriculum that focuses on the three ranges of close-quarter combat (striking, clinching, grappling).
Peter is a long time martial artist and fitness expert, he has won multiple world championships including the Pan-Ams, 7x US Nationals, World No-Gi and European Title. He is also the founder of the Stand By Me program which teaches children to deal with conflict through non-violent means
