Jason was a former teacher from Long Island who decided at a young age to move to Las Vegas and through contacts as a lacrosse couch found his way to real estate. Jason took the path many do from starting out as an agent and fell in love with the cash flow that real estate rental properties can bring in. Once he discovered the short term rentals, such as AirBNB he focused in on the strategy and mastered his market and becoming one of the biggest short term rental owners and managers in the area.
Jason has timed the market right and built long term financial freedom through cash flow and appreciation and now teaches others how to do the same through his new course.
